Privacy Policy

Coach Factor ("we", "us") provides a nutrition tracking and coaching app available at coachfactor.life and in our mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

• Account info: name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Profile info: age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goals you enter during setup.
• Nutrition data: foods you log, meals, recipes, favorites, body measurements and weight entries.
• Camera & microphone: used only when you choose to scan a barcode, photograph a meal or label, or log by voice. Images and audio are processed to identify foods and are not used for advertising.
• Technical data: basic device and error information needed to keep the app working.

• To provide food logging, nutrition goals, trends and smart features.
• To let a coach you choose to connect with view your diary and progress.
• To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your data is shared only with: coaches you explicitly link to using an invite code; service providers that host our app and process food searches, photos or voice on our behalf (such as food databases and AI processing providers); and authorities when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us; we will complete the request within 30 days. You can also unlink from a coach at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted so that only you, and coaches you have authorized, can view your records.

Coach Factor is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
